Every item at NewToYouLuxuries is checked by us before it's listed. We examine materials, stitching, hardware, heat stamps, date codes and serial numbers against the brand's known details. Where an item has also been independently authenticated, for example by Entrupy, we say so in the listing. Items over £200 come with a certificate of authenticity as standard.
If any item you buy from us is found to be not authentic by a recognised, independent authentication service, such as Entrupy, Real Authentication or Legit Grails, we'll give you a full refund, including all delivery costs. Just send us a copy of the authentication report and we'll arrange the return.
