Shipping policy
UK delivery
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Orders under £100: £4.99
- Orders of £100 or more: free
Orders are dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
International delivery
We ship worldwide with FedEx and DHL Express. The options available for your country, with prices and estimated delivery times, are shown at checkout.
International orders are processed by our partner Global-e. Any import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Packaging
Every item is carefully wrapped and boxed to arrive in the condition shown in our photos. Dust bags, cards and other accessories are included where listed.
Tracking and delivery problems
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or the tracking hasn't updated, email us at info@newtoyouluxuries.co.uk and we'll look into it with the carrier.
