This top handle bag from the Pure line is crafted in genuine Nile crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus) skin – confirmed directly with Mauro Governa – in a soft, warm sand beige, with large, beautifully matched scales running across the body, flap and rolled handles. The specific design was made in homage to another well known designer.

The structured silhouette features rolled crocodile top handles, a fold-over flap with a strap and turn-lock closure in silver-tone hardware, and a crocodile clochette holding its key. Protective metal feet sit on the base, and the interior is lined in soft suede-finish leather with a pocket and the "Pure by Mauro Governa made in Italy" leather patch. Genuine crocodile bags of this size are rarely seen at this price.

Stunning pre-owned condition with plenty of character. The crocodile skin is soft and supple with a lovely natural sheen, and the scales are intact with no lifting. There are some light marks from gentle use, and the bag has relaxed slightly into a softer, more slouchy shape. The silver-tone hardware has light surface scratches, and the key with clochette are present however no lock is with the piece. Inside, the suede-finish lining shows some ink markings and discolouration, while the pocket and maker's patch are intact.
